ATIS is seeking a Coordinator that will be responsible for the operation of the Committee(s), Council(s), or group(s) to which he/she is assigned. The Coordinator works with respective group leaders to progress developing standards, solutions, and related material for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) products and services.

The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that each meeting of their assigned group(s) is well structured and efficient. The Coordinator creates agendas and prepares for meetings, takes meeting notes, edits technical documents developed by the group, and creates presentations / reports for executive or group meetings. Between meetings, the Coordinator communicates with participants via web and database postings, as well as via email and teleconferences.

The Coordinator takes full ownership of their assigned group(s), understands the impact of the group’s work, and partners with industry leadership to ensure that deliverables are timely and high quality. In addition, the Coordinator ensures timely communications regarding work with industry groups performing related work, the Federal Communications Commission, and other governmental and regulatory authorities, as appropriate.

The Coordinator may travel 8-10 weeks annually to various locales throughout North America to attend week-long meetings. When not traveling, the Coordinator supports weekly virtual meetings from the Washington, DC location.

Finance Associate

ATIS is currently seeking a Finance Associate to maintain accounts payable of approximately $9 million annually. The duties of the ATIS Finance Associate include, but are not limited to, processing check requests, invoices, travel and expense reimbursements; preparation, transmittal and troubleshooting of payroll (Paychex preferred); process business licenses; manage employee 401(k) retirement contributions and FSA contributions; general ledger postings; coordinate transfer of funds between ATIS accounts; and prepare organizational documents and financial information for external financial and insurance audits.
