ATIS Releases the Service Provider Contact Directory Website

Keeping the telecommunications industry connected – for troubleshooting and innovation.

ATIS today announced the launch of the Service Provider Contact Directory (SPCD) website, accessible via spcd.atis.org. The online version is a new resource providing contact information to the communications industry for reporting or passing on trouble reports to interconnecting companies relating to access services, as well as for providing contact information for Tracebacks and Subpoenas for Robocalling. It is intended for use by industry professionals and should not be shared with consumers.

The SPCD website replaces the PDF version of the directory, a long-valued industry resource. All contact information contained within the previous PDF version of the SPCD has been incorporated into the new online version.

The website requires each user to create an account to access or update the information. Users can start a new account by clicking on “Register for an account” on the login page. A User Guide is available under the My Accounts menu and at the bottom of this email.
