TMOC: Telecom Management and Operations Committee

When the industry needs collaborative solutions to address its communications network operations and management challenge, it relies on the TMOC. TMOC develops operations, administration, maintenance and provisioning standards as well as other critical documentation related to Operations Support System (OSS) and Network Element (NE) functions and interfaces for communications networks.
