As the demand for FWA grows, network efficiency challenges arise, particularly in spectrum utilization and service differentiation. While 5G FWA continues to expand, there are opportunities to enhance RAN protocol design and resource management for improved performance. This group will analyze 5G FWA performance to identify key areas for optimization. The study will explore ways to enhance spectrum efficiency, reduce device complexity, and improve RAN resource management. The findings aim to provide valuable insights to support both current 5G deployments and foundational advancements for future 6G FWA.
