The Open RAN Committee (ORC) examines topics associated with the use and deployment of open Radio Access Networks in North America. ORC also evaluates O-RAN Alliance specifications for possible transposition into ATIS standards and, as needed, proposes changes to O-RAN Alliance specifications for the O-RAN Alliance’s consideration. ORC will coordinate as appropriate on wireless issues with ATIS’s Wireless Technologies and Systems Committee (WTSC).
