INC: Industry Numbering Committee
- Issue: 0896
- Title: Update Section 5.4.3 to include the customer letter requirement for dedicated customer requests of the TBCOCAG to align with existing process and the text in 5.3.3
- Statement: The text in Section 5.3.3 (Initial Pooled CO Codes for Dedicated Customer) requiring a customer letter is missing from Section 5.4.3 (Growth Pooled CO Codes for Dedicated Customer) even though existing process requires the customer letter on both Initial and Growth Pooled CO Code requests for Dedicated Customer.
This issue recommends adding the missing text to TBCOCAG Section 5.4.3.
- Resolution: INC agreed to update Section 5.4.3 of ATIS-0300119, Thousands-Block (NPA-NXX-X) & Central Office Code (NPA-NXX) Administration Guidelines (TBCOCAG), with the changes proposed in INC-2020-00095R000.

PTSC: Packet Technologies and Systems Committee
- Issue: 0160
- Title: Develop Supplement for 678 V4
- Statement: Several problems have been discovered during implementation of 678 V4:
1. In the ASN.1, the version number in the object IDs was not incremented.
2. An imported ASN.1 type has an incorrect case. This apparently occurred during 678 V3 work.
3. The SHAKEN addition to the NetworkSignal message does not describe what is placed in the Other parameter when the generalDisplay subparameter is not used.
4. The SHAKEN addition to the NetworkSignal message has a paragraph that should have been a bullet, leading to an incorrect interpretation of the next bullet point.
- Resolution: These issues have been resolved with the publication of ATIS-1000678.v4.a.2021. PTSC LAES participants and ATIS staff also determined that correction of the "ConfPartyChange" to "ConferencePartyChange" did not constitute a substantive change, and that typo was corrected in this supplement.
- Status: Final Closure
