ATIS today announced publication of the Emergency Preparedness and Response Checklist (ATIS-0100019). A valued information and communications technology (ICT) industry resource, this document provides general guidance regarding preparedness for and response to a wide array of emergency situations including hurricanes, earthquakes and other events that cause major disruptions to operations, service and supplies. The Checklist (EPRC.xls) provides industry Best Practices offering guidance from assembled industry expertise and experience vital to maintaining the reliability of the nation’s public communications networks and services. This resources was developed by ATIS Network Reliability Steering Committee (NRSC) and is publicly available on the NRSC webpage.
