The Technology and Operations (TOPS) Council brings together senior technology experts from the leading information and communications technology companies to identify priorities to be addressed in the next 12 to 24 month time-frame. Once these priorities are set, the Council conducts fast-track studies to determine how to best take action. Solutions include everything from the development of open source projects to technology assessments to frameworks for a common industry approach.
